Aurora Shrink Sleever - Label Application on Bottles
The Aurora is able to run at speeds of up to 300 containers per minute, making it perfectly suited to the personal care industry. Aurora® models cater to various applications, including multi-pack, shrink sleeve label, and tamper band, with speeds reaching up to 400 containers per minute. For small diameter cylindrical products, the HZ-100 shrink sleeve systems are ideal, offering two models: one with speeds up to 60 cpm and another up to 120 cpm. These systems include an integrated sleeve applicator and a forced hot air shrink tunnel on a stainless steel monobloc frame.
The Aurora also features tool-less container changeovers in under ten minutes and PackML programming for simplified operation and maintenance. Full body sleeve applicators and tamper evident band applicators are available for 5 to 800 containers per minute, with heat tunnels that offer hot-air, infrared, and steam options. Additionally, the Styrotech stretch sleeve label machinery is suitable for various applications.
Our machines incorporate Ethernet/IP communications for rapid system integration and a business systems interface, with a bilingual HMI (English and Spanish) for ease of use. Multiple perforation options are available, including horizontal, t-style, or vertical, along with electric height adjustment via push button control.
