Aurora Wide Shrink Sleever - Label Application for Multipacks
The Aurora Wide shrink film applicator is engineered to apply lower gauge films of up to 400mm in Layflat width, a typical range for broad containers and multipacks. Aurora® Wide applicators support up to 250 containers, twin packs, or multi-packs per minute, ensuring efficient and high-speed operations. Our mandrel style machines utilize servo motion control, which provides consistent and repeatable performance with minimal downtime. The tool-less container changeovers take less than ten minutes, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, PackML programming simplifies machine operation, maintenance, and line integration, promoting seamless workflow.
Our full body sleeve applicators range from 5 to 800 containers per minute, which also applies to our tamper evident band applicators. High-performance heat shrink tunnels include hot-air, infrared, and steam options, catering to various shrink requirements. The machines feature widely used Allen-Bradley controls and built-in Ethernet/IP communications for rapid line integration. Maintenance is simplified as no lubrication is required. Multiple perforation options, such as horizontal, t-style, and vertical, are available to meet diverse packaging needs.
