EZ-400 - Tamper Evident Band Application on Round Containers
The EZ-400 applicator is designed for larger sleeving and neck banding applications up to 400mm in film layflat width (LFW)—such as multi-packs, tubs, and scrounds for the dairy industry. This model can apply PVC or PETG tamper bands to both paper and plastic containers, available in vertical and non-perforated options. Axon offers solutions for ice cream containers ranging from 3 oz. to 2 ½ gallons, handling round, oval, rectangular, and square containers with tool-less size changeovers.
For higher-speed applications or environments requiring washdown capabilities, consider the HydroTech sleeve applicator, which is designed to meet the rigorous demands of food and dairy operations.
