EZ-SRB Heat Shrink Tunnel - Wrapping Multiple Container Types

The EZ-SRB convective heat shrink tunnel is designed to process both tamper evident bands and shrink sleeves. This series sets the standard for performance, flexibility, and value. They are configured in standard or custom sizes to provide optimum shrink performance for a wide variety of container sizes and shapes, even in the automotive industry. The EZ-SRB tunnels come in 24" and 36" modules and can be integrated into production lines with casters and leveling pads for enhanced flexibility. With application speeds ranging from 30 to 80 containers per minute (cpm) and the capacity to handle 5 to 800 containers per minute for full body sleeves and tamper evident bands, our systems are highly efficient.

The dual or custom multi-tunnel configurations cater to high shrink requirements or challenging geometries, utilizing hot-air, infrared, and steam tunnels. The digitally controlled convection heating system ensures precise temperature management, while the Automatic Tunnel Lifter prevents product damage during conveyor stoppages. Air Flow Baffles allow for the handling of multiple container sizes and geometries, making the EZ-SRB series versatile for various applications.
