Aurora & EZ Standard & EZ Wide - Multipacking Collage Video
This collage video shows just a few examples of multipacking systems we've designed over the years. Axon has nine different applicators for shrink sleeves on product multi-packs that can be configured for a multipack solution. We offer low, mid, and high-speed models capable of up to 900mm in layflat width. These include full body sleeve applicators and tamper evident band applicators, both of which can handle speeds ranging from 5 to 800 containers per minute.
Our systems are designed to apply tamper evident bands, full body, and partial body shrink sleeves, ensuring precise and efficient applications. They are configurable to meet specific performance and quality requirements through a thorough application review. Additionally, our high-performance heat shrink tunnels, which handle various film substrates, include hot-air, infrared, and steam options. These tunnels can be easily integrated with existing production lines or provided as complete systems.
We also offer the Styrotech stretch sleeve label line, which includes models such as the EZ-Standard, EZ-Wide, Aurora®, and Aurora® Wide. Our comprehensive systems encompass the shrink sleeve applicator, tamper band applicator, shrink tunnel, and conveyor, making them versatile and suitable for diverse applications.
