ThermoPoint Steam Tunnel - Heat Tunnel Overview
The Axon ThermoPoint® steam tunnel is designed to handle the most challenging of packaging shapes, making it well suited to various industries, including pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. ThermoPoint® and ThermoPoint Wide models provide three-zone flexibility with independent control of steam rates, heights, and angles. Single ThermoPoint tunnels accommodate a wide range of applications and production speeds, while dual tunnel, six-zone configurations meet high shrink requirements, speeds, and challenging geometries. Our machines support tool-less container changeovers, ensuring a simple, intuitive, and repeatable process. Full body sleeve applicators operate at speeds from 5 to 800 containers per minute, and tamper evident band applicators function at the same range of speeds. High-performance heat shrink tunnels include hot-air, infrared, and steam types, effectively handling various film substrates and diverse container shapes and sizes. The Axon solution offers flexibility to perform five shrink applications: tamper evident bands, partial body sleeves, full body sleeves, full body over-the-cap sleeves, and multi-packs. Additionally, the culinary steam filter removes particles and impurities to meet industry standards, while the steam generator boiler capacity is customized for customer applications. Axon solutions include shrink sleeve applicators, stretch sleeve applicators, and tamper evident band applicators, all engineered for reliability and value, particularly supporting the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
